2 payment

Please note that payment method of reservations on departure date and the day before departure is limited.

Payment method can be chosen from the following.
  • Credit card
  • Convenience store
  • Net bank
  • Pay-easy (page)
  • Paidy next month payment (convenience store/bank)
※In the case of reservation by chat, it becomes convenience store, Pay-easy (page).

Payment confirmation email

After confirming payment in the case of convenience store, the Pay-easy (page) settlement, "email to confirm payment" is sent.
If you haven't received the confirmation e-mail after reservation, please check here or contact us.

3 Boarding day

What to bring

Any proof of completed payment (one of the following)
  • Payment confirmation e-mail
  • Payment receipt

In addition, you print out "reservation reconfirmation email" and have, or please bring in state that you can confirm with screen copies of smartphone at hand.
Please confirm the meet-up place and time. If necessary, we recommend you to print it out and have it ready at hand.

About baggage

There is a limit to the baggage to bring in. Also, please note that pets are not allowed. For more details, please confirm "about baggage, pet".
Moreover, please check "What to do in the bus" for you to have a comfortable time inside the bus.

About service of bus

Bus service information
Please check "What's New" and "Service Information" sections on the top page of VIP LINER official website.
Delay, suspension and cancellation of services from cause such as traffic and weather anomaly will be announced there.
In addition, if there are traffic problems after departure, the buses will have to wait at nearby service spot.

4 Meet-up place

The meeting time and Meet-up place are listed in "reservation reconfirmation email". Please check before coming to the place. You can also check detailed map from the station to the meet-up place in "List of Bus Stop".
For VIP Lounge meet-up, there is a dial number on "VIP Lounge Map automatic sound guidance" to give you directions to VIP Lounge.
When late for departure
Bus departs on schedule. Please note that we cannot wait for bus even if you contact VIP Lounge bus offices.
※There will be no contact from us in case passengers didn't show up.

VIP Lounge is recommended for the boarding place.

For customers who would like to wash their faces, change into comfortable clothes before boarding or in case if you're worried about the meet-up place and would like to be present early and relax, please choose VIP Lounge as your boarding place.
VIP Lounge has facilities and full service including powder room and fitting room, Internet service, cloakroom service.
For customers who felt uncomfortable using Highway buses until now, please have a comfortable experience by choosing VIP Lounge in both departure and arrival locations.

5 Boarding Reception

Receptionist will be different according to boarding locations.
At VIP Lounge, the Lounge staff will do the reception. Driver accepts at other Get On places.
Tell member of receptionist about "subscriber Person" "number of reserved bus".

Necessary things for reception

Please show details of reservation and any proof of completed payment to the receptionist.
For payment completed by credit cards, Paidy next month payment (convenience store/bank transfer)
  • Things which booking number or full name can be confirmed such as "Reservation Confirmation e-mail".
The convenience, Pay-easy (page) settlement
  • Things which booking number or full name can be confirmed such as "Reservation Confirmation e-mail".
  • The receipt of money can see "email to confirm payment" or "payment receipt"

Boarding Reception in VIP Lounge

At VIP Lounge, self check-in system is available for customers.
Self check-in method is very easy. One of the methods is to scan QR code written in "Reservation Confirmation e-mail". Another one is to type in your full name and mobile number.

6 Boarding

Place the luggage in the trunk

Heavy things such as boston bag or suitcase can be placed in the trunk. Please do not forget to ask for the luggage claim tag from driver.

Take a seat in designated seat

You will see the seating map near the exit. Please take a seat in your designated place after checking it.

7 How to spend time inside the bus

It is essential to wear seat belts during the ride. We appreciate for your cooperation.
Moreover, we ask for your cooperation on manners to be able to stay comfortably inside the bus.
Regardless of whether the bus has toilet or not, there will be a break every 2~3 hours.

Arrival of 8

Please do not forget to take your luggage placed in the trunk. Give the claim tag to the driver after getting off.

Getting off at VIP Lounge is recommended

For customers who would like to freshen up, or in case your destination place is not open yet and would like to rest, etc... please choose VIP Lounge as your getting off place.
