The year-end and New Year Business Hours and guidance of holiday
We change the year-end and New Year Business Hours in each VIP Lounge.
As business end time, business start time vary according to each store, please confirm in the following table.

- Subscribing (free) is necessary for customer of the general use downloading of VIP LINER application.

- Able to use all facilities of VIP Lounge ※excluding paid-use space
- We do not accept reservations in advance. Please tell the Lounge staff on the day of use.
- You might have to wait when the room is crowded. Please note that we could not do refund for those occasions.
- Children in primary school and younger can use only with a companion of a guardian.

- In the case of the use, reservation is charged a fee in Boarding day, arrival day from agency site, and it is the general use and the price.
※In the case of the general use, we may have time until entering a shop by the congestion situation. Thank you for your understanding. - ※2.
- Entrance after 8:00 is available free until 10:00. Extension price is 550 yen/30 minutes after 550 yen, that only for first one hour.

As it is crowded in VIP LINER departure and arrival time (morning around 6:00-7:00, night 20:00-24:00), you may have to wait.
- You can take a break and freshen up your look before going sightseeing or event.
