Because customer uses VIP Lounge safely and comfortably in us, we establish the use rule.

We would appreciate your refraining from acts or less in VIP Lounge
- Act that inhibits security and comfort in VIP Lounge
- Act that gives other customers discomfort or might give nuisance
- Act that might give harm to you or other customers
- Act to destroy facilities, equipment, and to be damaged or act with the fear
- Acts to photograph other customers or the Lounge staff without permission (YouTube or SNS)
- Act does not obey instructions of the VIP Lounge staff or to disturb accomplishment of the duties
- Act to take out equipment offering in VIP Lounge into the Lounge outside
- Act to monopolize facilities, equipment in VIP Lounge or service, and to use for a long time
- Act to eat and drink in Lounge with thing giving off strong smell, bad smell
- Alcohol drinking act of customers under 20
Please note that all acts performed using service that VIP Lounge and HEISEI ENTERPRISE, Inc. provide and act (troubles between burn, customers in beauty appliances) due to cannot be due to responsibility in us about theft, loss in Lounge again.
