About baggage
Baggage having you bring into the bus inside of car does to size to enter rack.
VIP LINER smallest rack size: 19cm in height, 28cm in depth
As there are reclining of other customers and possibility to disturb traffic, cooperation, please to use rack without putting in passage.
As it becomes joint ownership space of all of you having you take, consideration, please about size and number.
I take baggage which does not enter rack in trunk.
Do not put luxury things such as cash, essentials, jewelry, social securities, art antique and fragile things such as PC, watch, camera, things made with glasses inside the baggage that will be placed in the trunk. We request you to take those things with you to your seat and to look after them by yourself.
We do not take the responsibility by any chance even if the damage of damage, loss occurs.
- Dangerous things, corrosive substances, things that have an offensive odor, dirty items, things which could be a trouble to other customers and their safety, items that can damage vehicle, are prohibited to take inside.

Even if the size of the baggage is as mentioned above, items described below are not acceptable.
Musical instruments, animal, bicycle(including foldable one), surfing board, ski, snowboard, bow and arrow, golf bag etc.
As for the baggage out of the regulations, I would like correspondence such as delivering beforehand to destination.
In addition, you may not take bus when delivery procedure is not enough at the departure time.
Even, in that case, please note that normal cancellation fee will be caused.
For the following bus, up to two baggage of specific size will be accepted.
For the following buses, musical instrument (guitar), foldable bicycle can be accepted.
※With the condition of your agreement on the matters mentioned below and will have to sign your name on the agreement paper.

- (2) When you have you bring baggage out of the regulations, you deliver, and, on delivery charges customer burden, please go through the procedure.
Please submit the agreement paper to driver or the staff at the Lounge during reception.

About pet
We will decline any pet companion inside the bus or trunk.

About wheelchair
As express buses are not low-floor type, it is not possible to ride in a wheelchair.
For foldable wheelchairs, please fold it and we will accept it in the trunk.
Electric wheelchair cannot be accepted and wheelchair fixation are not supported due to the structure of the bus.
Also, please be noted that there will be no compensation for the damage or malfunction of wheelchairs. Thank you for your understanding.
